Trident Spark built and maintained a custom website for an education company. They integrated a payment gateway, communication system, and other third-party APIs, such as Zapier and SendGrid, into the site.

Project Challenges:

Designing and developing the STEM the Gap Academy Website involved several key challenges. Ensuring the platform was user-friendly for both students and educators required balancing simplicity with functionality. Integrating interactive features for collaboration and knowledge sharing was another hurdle, needing secure and reliable tools. Scalability and performance optimization were crucial to handle many users simultaneously without affecting speed or experience. Additionally, making the website accessible to users with disabilities involved adhering to WCAG standards, ensuring inclusive design elements like proper color contrast and keyboard navigation. Overcoming these challenges required a strong grasp of web development, user experience design, and a commitment to bridging the educational gap in STEM fields.

Technical Solution:

As seamless experience required cross-browser compatibility and optimization of performance. Implemented Stripe for the appointment booking checkout page collects the payment. Managed all the data into Monday. com generated by appointment booking over the website and based on data I have created a logic into Zapier to send recommendations of new appointments to users for the next sale. Tested website Cross-browser platform for better reach and great user experience.
