The situation currently, at Starbucks Singapore - a famous global coffee chain, physical membership cards were handed out to customers and sometimes the cards were lost. Plus, carrying around many Starbucks cards including occasional gift cards in their pockets truly annoyed customers. The loyalty and engagement application is a great strategy to keep their customers engaged with Starbucks, offering unique features that are more engaging than Web by prompting both potential and current customers to engage, browse, shop and interact with Starbucks, with easily accessible information right at their fingertips. Kyanon Digital has been helping Starbucks in 04 markets (Singapore, New Zealand, Vietnam and Cambodia) to develop and maintain their core digital capabilities: Rewards, Payment, Ordering and Personalization.
Starbucks is finding a loyalty & engagement application to maximize their repeat sales
Kyanon Digital helps increase customer convenience and brand recognition by developing a loyalty and engagement application for Starbucks customers to fully access the services. Each mobile app account can actively track their loyalty program, promotions, store locations and manage their card and even customize occasional gift cards. For every market, Kyanon Digital will work closely with Starbucks to identify, select and integrate with different technology solutions to support the growth strategy of that market.
This application is suitable for organizations who hold campaigns in order to raise brand awareness. It can support the collection, classification and management of data that users have shared. By sharing the posts from the campaigns, users will get points and this application will rank their accounts by those points.
This application should be able to collect data continuously and export reports in real-time. Overall, they expected to have a lean experience when using this application to focus on the results of their campaigns.
This application made a great impact on their campaign. Thanks to it, our client could easily collect data in real-time when users shared the posts or hashtags on social platforms and throughout the campaign to analyze the campaign’s performance. Takashimaya is a luxury department store originally from Japan. As a part of global retail transformation strategy, Takashimaya Singapore adopts the global strategy and was looking out for a technology partner who can consult the enterprise omni-channel retail solutions and also implementation.

Following a CMS feasibility audit, we recommended our team build the website with Drupal. Drupal was selected due to its scalability, compatibility and sophistication with building secure, complex and content-rich websites at an enterprise level. We were able to apply Drupal’s layout builder modules to develop intuitive custom solutions. Based on this recommendation, Nippon Paint decided to revamp their bilingue website (Vietnamese – English) to make it more professional and attractive using Drupal. One of the highlights was the feature enabling visitors to see a demo of the selected color of paint (client’s product) right away on the example room/wall/house.

We developed an all-in-one mobile app for Air Tahiti Nui customers, integrating all important and helpful features into the product to let them purchase tickets, plan their itineraries, prepare for the journeys and manage their past flights. As the product serves in the aviation industry, the app runs with rigorous security and stability to protect the integrity of the customer data and the organizational operation. The mobile app is a stepping-stone for Air Tahiti Nui to become a digital savvy company, leveraging technology and digital-first mindset to lead a customer-centric transformation.
As most services are migrating to the digital sphere, traditional businesses like Prink are finding it harder to attract customers and fulfill their demands, as well as to to remain profitable. The first came from the change in customer demand, as they were looking for a service which could allow them to self-design and order a small quantity of personal items like customized t-shirts, bags, souvenirs etc. which no company in Singapore was yet to offer. Coupled with that was their manual working processes that kept Prink from optimizing their productivity.
These business challenges created an opportunity for Prink to come up with a comprehensive digital solution which can disrupt their old-fashioned industry and lead a reform.
We designed and built a digital printing service platform where consumers have their own accounts and assets management, have their designs customized, ordered to print, pay for the services and receive their final products all in one journey. This promises to attract more customers, generate more revenue and more importantly, bring their customers brand-new innovative experiences. With this innovative platform, our client has successfully digitally transformed the whole printing industry, pioneered in resetting customer expectations for excellent services and raised the standard of business operations. It also sets a milestone of moving into a digital chapter for Prink.
Trinity Christian Centre (TCC) is an assembly of churches in Singapore, organizing many events and gatherings to connect their communities together. It is currently running a 25-year-old IT system full of layers and layers, to support their heavy flow of operations and activity management.
TCC needed to build a completely new system which is capable of managing their massive operation scale as well as giving their communities an optimal digital experience in the digital-first era.
Kyanon Digital is developing a new integrated digital infrastructure, thereby allowing them to transform how they work and connect believers smartly in the digital age. The first part is an operational system which will enable TCC’s staff to manage their members, community events and manpower mobilization of up to 1,000 people simultaneously every weekend. We are also building the new official website and mobile apps for their communities, so that people can find all the information and church materials, including keynotes and livestream from gatherings. A “Netflix for Church”, Drupal is chosen as CMS to manage all the video/audio streaming, and pushing API to web/app front-end. The platform is serving 100k mentees of Trinity Christian Centre global. The new infrastructure is also scalable and configurable, allowing us to continue upgrading easily in the future with the ever-changing digital landscape and user behaviors.
Central Retail Vietnam, a leading multi-format and multi-category group, which owns and manages many hypermarkets and supermarkets such as GO!, Big C and Tops Market, deployed the BIPBIP application, an online grocery shopping platform that is user-friendly to order, easy to pay, and convenient to track shipments.
In this case, they need to develop a fulfillment app in a brief period of time.
Kyanon Digital is in charge of the development of the fulfillment app (BIPBIP) for Center Retail by using Mendix – a low-code development platform. Thanks to the advantages of Mendix, within 2 months, the low-code team at Kyanon Digital has developed a fulfillment app with over 20.000 product choices from Top Markets, as well as integrated loyalty promotion for members and payment options for seamless customer experience.
