Project Challenges:
There are many questions and answers on legal issues and banking services. Relevance is always critical when addressing them. This way, we had to find a technological solution to solve different scenarios, from processing them and responding to all customers' inquiries correctly.
Technical Solution:
Our team decided to integrate and use artificial intelligence for the intelligent selection of answers. AI in data analytics can effectively create a database of responses, resolve issues and respond to simple inquiries, enhance customer service, and provide continuous support. Another solution was self-learning and developing the platform with the possibility of text input and voice requests. The solution guaranteed raised customer experience with high customer satisfaction and operational cost reduction.

Project Challenges:
Since Ruuster is a web tool, the first challenge we faced was the problem with authorization. Our next challenge was the issue with analytics.

Thanks to the professionalism and dedication of our team, we quickly managed to eliminate it and ensure high quality. Since analytics is as important as the performance of a solution, we did everything possible to ensure that our clients get all the data and can analyze it effectively.

It ensures precise calculations, registers essential data, and provides a secure and legal document for employers and employees.
Project Challenges:
When we took up the project, it had an existing design. But the challenge was it wasn't completely prepared for the rapid project development and support. The problem was in a different grid on each page, a problem with colors, and no unified design system.
Technical Solution:
We've outstaffed additional designers, and after assessing the design system, they proposed UI/UX changes to the user flows. All implemented features helped us save time for the pay stub generator development and support in the long run.
Bookmaker

https://keenethics.com/bookmaker - Book publishing platform developed for StoryTerrace. The platform unites the storytellers, writers, and editors. Through Bookmaker, it's easy to maintain communication, schedule interviews (in-person or remote), fill in surveys, update or approve the draft of the book, and create a cover and a book design. The parties involved in the writing process discuss content, style, structure, and visual part of the future book.
Project Challenges:
We had an existing project, but the design of it was inconsistent. We had no time or opportunity to make radical changes or create a new design from scratch. We had to balance former design solutions and our fresh ideas to make the platform ready for users as quickly as possible. Therefore, we had to evaluate technological constraints and determine the most critical design solutions.
Technical Solution:
UX audit helped us understand all critical solutions that needed implementation. We figured out which changes would enhance our product’s performance, functionality, and user experience. Based on the ten heuristic principles, we solved critical usability issues. We managed to make a system that speaks the user’s language. By conducting a UX audit, we applied the best principles to develop an effective live platform.
