Whats the best 3 reasons to choose agency?

Suntec India offers a large number of IT services under one roof. It would have been a nightmare to deal with 3-4 different agencies to get work done on one single website. It has been offering services for the last 22 years. Outsourcing work to an agency also means that, you are putting your time and money at risk, if the agency is not capable enough of delivering the quality work. So, the number of years in operation was also a motivator. Before assigning them my project, I had detailed discussion calls with their development team leader. He appeared knowledgeable, courteous and prompt in his replies to the questions I asked. I got a good vibe about the agency from that conversation so, I decided to go ahead with the project.

Any suggestion to imporvement in service/ product?

Although, they were regularly giving me updates through emails but, since there were multiple teams working on the entire project, it was difficult to respond to each and every email. I wish they could introduce a portal where I could see the entire project's progress in one screen rather, going through different emails and responding to them one by one.

Would you like to recommanded agency to other customers?

As far as my experience is concerned, I got what I paid for, without going through the hassles. They gave me updates, answered by questions politely and delivered my project to my satisfaction. I have no problems in recommending them to other people.
