Whats the best 3 reasons to choose agency?

1. They have excellent developers who are knowledgeable in a wide range of technologies. Thismeans that they can always find the right solution. 2. They worked with us every step of the way to make sure that our project would be successful.3. They have a proven track record of successful projects. They have successfully delivered projects on time and on budget for a wide range of clients. 3. Their employees understand our business very well. Because their team are very stable, it is easy to work with them over the years without starting from scratch for each projects.

Any suggestion to imporvement in service/ product?

Startechup has project managers speaking different languages, whereas all developers are only English speakers. The more languages spoken can help international clients. However Upper management are Speaking French as we do, it helps a lot.

Would you like to recommanded agency to other customers?

If you're looking for a web development company that will do an excellent job and provide great customer service, then I would highly recommend Startechup! You won't be disappointed.

Whats the best 3 reasons to choose agency?

Good at scrutinizing business and technical specifications. Understanding our software architecture, adapting and deep diving into our data structure. Learnt our business (event management, medical abstract, conference structure...etc.). Have been available to work outside of working hours. Thanks to their low turn over, we’ve worked with the same developers for years.

Any suggestion to imporvement in service/ product?

Our company is located in France. Startechup developers are only English speakers, but the management of Startechup are native French speakers. Anyway for IT development it’s always best to use English as a common language

Startechup is a development partner that I would enthusiastically recommend to firms looking for developers, for mobile applications, or Web-based solutions. We've worked with Startechup for many years, and their staff is quite consistent (no turnover). Even after regular business hours for urgent matters, they go above and beyond to help us.

They have an experienced project manager who is approachable and always available to communicate, making it easy to understand the progress of the project. Additionally, the management takes the time to explain any roadblocks that may arise during development, ensuring a smooth and transparent project experience.

Overall, the current process at Startechup has been effective, but for a smoother and more successful implementation, more testing should be conducted before handing over the project. Taking the time for additional testing will ensure that any potential issues are caught and resolved before the project is delivered.

Would you like to recommanded agency to other customers?

Definitely. What stood out the most was Startechup's ability to deliver the project on time. This was critical for our business and their team exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the project manager, the team, and the management were always available to answer any questions or concerns I had and were very responsive to my needs. This allows them to provide a unique solution for any business, which is crucial for success. Lastly, Startechup has an excellent team onboarding process. They make sure that the project's outcome meets expectations and that the team members are constantly learning new technologies. This ensures that the team is always updated with the latest developments in the industry. Startechup is a great agency to choose for your software development project.

Any suggestion to imporvement in service/ product?

Our collaboration with Startechup lasted for several years on a times & material contract with multiple developers assigned to our account. We appreciated their project management skills and their ability to meet deadlines, which are often challenging in software development projects. The only minor issue we encountered was adjusting to the national holidays in the Philippines, where their team is based. Also, we occasionally received short-notice leaves from some team members.
