For Golloc, a hospital AI platform, we built the complete AI layer. It includes an AI medical scribe that transcribes consultations and fills patient records, a multilingual AI receptionist that routes calls to the right doctor, and patient memory that recalls history from previous visits. It also sends automatic follow-up calls and WhatsApp messages to patients 10 days after each visit, and uses document AI to convert records in Indian and global scripts into structured data. We have also built an AI agent that automates machine operations for a textile manufacturer, deployed AI voice calling agents for multiple schools, and worked with FMCG brands Jivraj Tea and Fresh N Local.
